Christine Ferber is the“jam fairy“: this is the nickname given to her by the press. Its jams are known worldwide and served in the greatest Parisian palaces. When I moved to Alsace, it was one of the first “good addresses” I was given. The first time I dipped a spoon into one of Christine Ferber’s jam jars, I knew right away that I couldn’t live without it. It’s simple, I’ve never had better: it’s a real explosion of flavors. A little moment of happiness!
These high quality jams are made by hand in the pretty little village of Niedermorschwihr, not far from Colmar on the Alsace Wine Route. Christine Ferber’s store is also located here. I was very surprised by the simplicity of the place considering the celebrity of its owner. The Relais des Trois Epis is a family grocery store in the village where you can find, besides jams, bread, pastries, vegetables, newspapers, earthenware dishes, cold cuts, cake moulds, cookbooks, ice creams… A very surprising mix that gives a lot of charm to the place! The place is authentic and the welcome is warm. We feel that success has not gone to Christine Ferber‘s head, it is very pleasant.
As you can see, Christine Ferber and her team do not only make jams. I recommend the chocolates and pastries, which are also worth a visit! Whether you are looking for a gift idea for someone or a souvenir to bring back from your stay in Alsace, I think you should find something here to satisfy you…

Count 6/7€ for a jar of jam. This is still really correct considering the quality!
