The best cocktail bars in Strasbourg (or at least our favorites!)

La Cabane (by Léa) – We love the cocktails and the atmosphere

This is what we call a very big crush! We loved everything about La Cabane.

Find the discreet door, which gives the impression of entering a secret place. Descend a small spiral staircase to discover a vaulted brick cellar, decorated with colorful garlands of lights. Browse through a large menu of cocktails, each more original than the last. To be advised by the master of the places, super sympathetic and very very knowledgeable on the subject (we had many questions ;)). Choose a Janeiro for Vivine (cachaça, vanilla liqueur, passion fruit, tonka bean syrup, lime, pineapple and elemakule bitter) and a custom creation for me (red fruit puree, basil, black currant, raspberry, green sugar and mastiga). Two killings!

So yes it’s a budget (between 9 and 14 euros) but the quality is there. We tried La Cabane several times afterwards (even if there is not always room!) and this beautiful impression was confirmed.

Enjoy yourself with the Douanier, exoticism guaranteed! The neighborhood takes a few degrees as soon as you walk through the door (no customs fees haha).

Tropical tapestries and warm armchairs invite you to enjoy the chef’s cocktail creations, original from the container to the content, with huge puns!

Aedaen’s hidden bar (by Vivine)

Aeden Place has one of the pioneering speakeasies – unchallenged in my top 3 – to blow your mind!

Already it is necessary to find the rascal, which attracts the covetousness. Hint: hang out at the pizza place…

Once you enter Aedaen’s Hidden Bar, the wow effect is guaranteed (I’ve done it to dozens of people). Time and geographical leap, it’s the New York Prohibition that offers itself to you, why deprive yourself of it: lie down in the red velvet sofas and sip Lucas’s delights!

We are talking about an institution since as far back as I can remember, even before the fashion effect (at least 10 years!). It’s impossible not to mention the Code Bar, which you can visit after having taken a look at Madame Cathédrale… You’ll fall in love with a kind of retro elegance and succumb to the eternal cocktails…
