L’Enfariné at the Covered Market in Colmar
You can buy an excellent kougelhopf at the covered market of Colmar, where there is a stand of the bakery Enfariné. This artisanal bakery in Kaysersberg is well known by the locals because absolutely all their products are excellent, and the kouglof is one of them! It is really one of my favorite bakeries in Alsace. As a bonus, you will find many other excellent local products at the covered market… Enough to fill up on good things!

Gilg Pastry Shop near Little Venice
The Gilg pastry shop is very famous in Colmar. In addition to tasty pastries, they also have an excellent and very soft kougelhopf that I recommend. The grapes are macerated in kirsch brandy, the taste of which is not very strong. A very good address in Colmar in the heart of the city, close to the Little Venice.
