This artisanal bakery in Kaysersberg is well known by the locals because absolutely all their products are excellent, and the kouglof is one of them! The Gilg pastry shop is very famous in Colmar. In addition to tasty pastries, they also have an excellent and very soft kougelhopf that I recommend.
